Bedtime PEACE Tea Meditation
A soothing nighttime tea mediation to help you release the day, relax the body and quieten the mind. Where we enjoy drinking some PEACE tea and allow the energy and essence of each herb into the body to work its magic on your nervous system allowing your body to go into a state of rest and digest. Consciously creating a calm and peaceful state will encourage a deep restorative and healing sleep.
NB: Brew your tea 15-20 mins before going to bed so its ready and not too hot to drink, perhaps when you’re brushing teeth and getting ready for bed as you want to do the mediation in bed so you can go straight to sleep when it finishes if not before!
