How to Heal the Gut and Improve Digestion Supperclub - Date T.B.C
An empowering evening of gut healing goodness, including food, drinks and herbal remedies, that support good gut health. With the first few courses focusing on what foods are good and bad for our gut micobime and what we can add in to allow it to flourish. The main course is based on a simple Eastern Auyervedic dish where I will cover the basic teachings that help us to understand our individual-selves where we will all discover our ‘Dosha’ types and the importance of nourishing our unique make up and digestion to support this.
The evening will be filled with ‘Natural and Nourishing’ food, drinks and herbal remedies to excite all of the senses. All food is plant based, gluten and sugar free but not nut friendly. A variety of ‘Retreat Remedies’ apple cider vinegar infusions will be the base of the medicinal mocktails as well as a selection of Kombucha’s to try. We will go through the different fermented foods and drinks that i’ve found that are really rather good. We will finish the evening with herbal teas and some healthy sweet treats.
