I’m excited to be offering an evening filled ‘Natural and Nourishing’ food, drinks and herbal remedies to get your inner glow going for winter. Alongside empowering knowledge all about how we can heal our gut, strengthen our immune systems and balance our hormones through what we eat and drink. This is the perfect evening after the festive food and drink that might have left us feeling lethargic, low in energy and out of sorts. January is not a time to change the world, its about going slow , wintering, hunkering down and nourishing our selves to prepare for the year ahead. I find food is the best place to focus when my energy is low and I’m hoping to inspire you with some delicious NEW recipes to get you back into cooking, cleansing and creating the perfect dishes to feed your soul. Igniting the engine room within by empowering you to start allowing back in the light.

We will start the evening enjoying some of my apple cider vinegar infusions as A/F cocktails, followed by pre dinner nibbles, a nourishing chowder to start and warming winter main course. Finished with homemade sweet treats, herbal teas and some essential oils to set us up for a good nights sleep which really is the key to good health and happiness.

All the food is plant based, gluten free and refined sugar free whilst being full of flavour and goodness. I source local and organic produce where I can and prepare everything myself, please do let me know if you have any allergies. All in all you should go home feeling nourished, empowered and inspired on all levels from a lovely night in the healing remedy room in my home in Harrogate amongst like minded souls.
