RESTORE Organic Herbal Tea
A blend of Oatstraw, Meadowsweet, Tulsi, Lemonbalm, Rosa Damascena, Fennel and Limeflower. A restorative herbal tea blend that has been created to deeply nourish and sooth. Full of nutritive herbs which we need if we have been or are under stress, as we burn though our minerals and nutrients quicker when in this state which leads us to be depleted and anxious. This blend of herbs are particularly restorative and calming for the digestion. Oatstraw is nourishing for the nerve endings, rose is like a hug for the heart and tulsi is a great support for the immune system.
This bespoke blend has been created with love for Rob ‘The English Polisher’ ~ my boyfriend who is a furniture restorer and has a beautiful shop of curio and antiques In Grassington in North Yorkshire. He sells the tea here but he also offers the tea on his furniture restoring workshops. It’s been a blend I’ve worked on for some time for both of us with a mix of our favourites and Limeflower we have foraged from Fountains Abbey (where we spend most of our time). So this special blend has definitely come from the heart but has also helped heal the heart. As lets face it a good relationship is only as good as how well you can restore and get over the hurdles… Of which we’ve had plenty! In these times I find tea and nature have always been my reliable remedies.
So I hope you enjoy this special blend and it becomes a firm favourite in your remedy cupboard too. I know when I need it, my body just loves it and can’t get enough of it.
You need approx 1 heaped teaspoon per cup of tea so the regular bags will get you approx 45 fresh cups, but then of course you can keep adding hot water and get 2-3 cups from each brew. Quite often getting stronger each time as the spices and roots take longer to release so the longer the better. 1tsp is approx 19p or less with the xlg refill bags being even better value for money. I only use organic herbs so there is no better quality and zero plastics or chemicals with the beauty of loose tea and no synthetic t-bags. I can certainly recommend my herbal tea flasks for ease and taking them out and about. So not only can you enjoy nourishment all day long but you save a fortune on hot drinks that quite often are a bit of a let down for nearly £4. All of my blends offer nutrition, hydration, delicious and unique flavours, and the fun journey of finding your favourite blend. Eventually perhaps you’ll treat yourself to the full range and make your tea cabinet a RETREAT in itself full of selfcare cuppas.
